Changes

I frequently tell people who ask me “Don’t you get bored going back there all the time?” that out of all the trips I’ve taken, I have always – every single time – done at least one new thing on every trip.  Whether it’s a new show, a new attraction, a refurbishment, something is always there to experience that I haven’t experienced before.

I currently have four upcoming trips.  Among the new things I’m looking forward to this time around:

July 2010 at WDW:

• the Main Street Electrical Parade
• Summer Nighttastic Fireworks
• Captain EO
• Trail’s End Buffeteria
• new effects on the Tower of Terror
• refurbed game in Toy Story Mania
• newly refurbed Muppetvision 3D

September 2010 at Disneyland:

• the World of Color
• running in the half-marathon
• I think they have a new parade too

Nov/Dec 2010 at WDW:

• new meet-and-greet area with Lotso Huggin Bear
• <something that I can’t reveal yet in case Ange is reading this>
• Looking at all the holiday decorations at the deluxe resorts.
• The Muppets volunteer-promotion pre-parade at the Magic Kingdom

Feb/Mar 2011 at WDW and on the DCL:

• The brand-spanking-new Disney Dream
• The Aqua Duck water coaster on the top deck
• the enhanced Animator’s Palate restaurant
• The all new expansion to Castaway Cay
• Being a part of Lou Mongello’s WDW Radio Cruise

So yeah, there’s more than enough for me to be looking forward to on all of my upcoming trips.  My streak of “Something new each time” looks to be in no danger of ending any time soon.
